Nice picture but maybe a tighter crop would make the players stand out more. Even if you do it in PhotoShop, a tighter crop would be better.

Agree with the tighter crop comment. Also, one of the biggest challenges to shooting baseball under the mid-day Sun is the bills of the ballcaps puts the faces in shadow (Duh, that's why they wear hats).

However, a little work in PS to boost the shadows usually does the trick. Don't go too far, though, or you'll blow out the highlights.
