I only got one shot at this as these guys never stop for more than a few seconds. And yes...he did eat it, only not where I could see it.

You meant the wasp ate the ant in the forefront? Very nice shot! Wish to see the ant in focus too, but I know it's sometimes impossible with macro works.

Yes, the wasp ate the bug! The bug took off and hadn't got more than an inch when WHAM! it was lunch. Unfortunately the wasp carried it off to eat it out of view. I guess he has bad table manners :lol:

Wow.......that must be amazing to see that in action.......mabe be the wasp didn't eat the bug and just carried the bug to a safer place:lol: :lol: .........Thanks for sharing!
