I was asked to do a couple research photos for a friend. I headed on down to the EAA Museum in Oshkosh, WI to do him a favor. -Here are some of the first ones I have processed. It was my first attempt at doing realistic HDR in a building. I am pretty happy with the results. What do you guys think?

Looking at #2, it seems a shame to have such blown highlights in the display case. Since it is HDR can't you bring those back down?

Thank you Guys.
Will-San -
I never thought of it. I quickly edited these for my friend, I didn't think about the details to be honest. I took a look at my exposures and my darkest exposure would bring out the contents of the display case, in fact its almost clear enough that you could read the newspaper headlines.
I'll see what I can do.
Gary -
The prop blur was really unexpected, they spin sooo slow. The longest exposure I have of that shot has complete prop blur. :)

How's this? I darkened the display case, window on the aircraft, and the 'N' in New York. Additionally I retouched the two doors on the right where light was coming through.

Did you take 3 shots or 5? Did you shoot in raw?

This is great HDR. Not that over-the-top tone mapped stuff.

Canons will only do 3 shots in AEB. So all these are 3 shots. The only time I'll do 5-7 shots is at night, but its done manually.
I always shoot in RAW. I shot RAW and JPEG when I first started digital photography, but I found the JPEGs to be a waste of space on my CF cards. Sure they can shoot faster and longer, but the flexibility a RAW image gives you is amazing.

I think the 1d bodies can do 5-7 Via Customs functions.
I dont like HDR, but i like those Alot, NOT over done at all, and how you brought more detail back in the case looks great!

If anyone is interested, I can post a hi-res of the display case for you to see the details.
Thank you for the nice comments Gents.
