Heres some I took tonight, after the sun had set. I had a bit of fun with long exposures :)

Wow! This is spectacular stuff! I really love the third picture. Do you remember the settings you used?

The first one with the people, although blurry actually sort of works. It sort of gives the sense of life on a beach instead of say if you took the picture on the other side of them.

The second one with the bench sort of looks like a stock photograph that would maybe be an ad for something.

The last 2 are great except the only thing that is distracting is in the Ryde one the vehicale that drove by left a white streak which is sort of bright, but it still is a very nice picture. Great job on all of them!

Great shots!Where were these taken? I really like the 2nd one almost like a postcard or something.

Thanks for the comments. Number 2 & 3 were composed of 5-7 shots using Adobe HDR (High Dynamic Range) in photoshop CS2. This allows maximun detail to be displayed in each shot when they are combined. The shots were taken in near darkness, so A long exposure of around 25 seconds was used, then gradually slowing down the shutter speed to pick up details in the sky.

Once these shots are taken, CS2 will merge them together.
