She's got a pretty smile. She ran towards the camera, eh? Mine would've run the other way no matter who was chasing her! :)

Yes it’s difficult to get her in front of the camera, she’s at that age, were, she sees herself as too fat, too short, too ugly. ……..

I was just a safe haven in a moment of need, I don’t think she thought of the camera at that moment.

I just got time for one shot, focus was off slightly, but it was the expression that mattered.

Great moment.
Looks like a bit overexposed hand and maybe face. Guess - black shirt and dark background fooled the cameras lightmeter. Try ps burn tool.

crop upper left corner in proportion of this posted image and convert it in sepia, then show result to your daughter. I bet she'll love it ;-)
