I am semi new to this addictive hobby and am trying to produce better pictures. I am in the market for a tripod and decided that I want to go the ballhead route. I will be using the tripod for general use, landscapes, portraits... I use a Canon 300D with a BG-ED grip, 550ex, and at most an Promaster 70-300mm(at least at this point). Thanks in advance for all of your knowledge in helping me decide which one to get and if there are any better alternatives that I am missing.
