EDIT.....I think Yahoo has finally fixed my issue after a week. Everything seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the help :)

Neither loaded for me with the www. in the address.
I got this error message when clicking on the link for the blog: Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.
I am in NJ (East coast USA)

I am in Alberta, Canada...
Clicking on your link, I got your error message... ( which i don't like by the way, seems a bit un-professional) After following the directions, i did see images.
I think you have some options:
1. Go into your control panel ( if you can or know how) and check your hot link and leech protection settings. That might be why you are not seeing images. Also check any .ht access files. (i will bet on this being the issue)
2. You need to take up with your host and quickly to get it fixed.
and your blog is a dead link both on the link above and from your site.

Sometimes the page starts to load but it will not fully load properly (at least when "www." is included in the address). I've submitted this link to tech support in hopes that it may help them solve the problem. I'm at an absolute loss on why this is happening (and it seems the tech support team at Yahoo is also).
I appreciate you guys/gals that have helped me thus far. Hopefully more people chime in to help determine just how widespread this issue is....it seems a server somewhere along the line is blocking my web pages in some way (at least that's what Yahoo has suggested at this point).

Neither worked for me with the www in it. But they worked fine without it. I'm in WV.
Edit The webpage text works with the www - no images or flash though.

Thanks. So far, I haven't been able to find anyone that can successfully pull up my web pages except for the tech support guys at yahoo.....go figure. Hopefully someone from the West Coast could chime in because Yahoo offices located in Oregon seem to have no problem.

I was able to see the entire page (at least I think it was) when I went to your site without www. No images or flash came up with the www. I'm in Atlanta trying it on Chrome and Firefox on Mac OS X. I'd try something like this just to see if it will work:
1. duplicate your homepage and name it something like home.html
2. open up your index.html file and replace all the text with the following
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://secondglimpse.com/home.html">
Now, regardless of whether they put www or no-www in, it will refresh them to the non-www page.
You should also check your DNS and make sure that you have your www and non-www urls going to the same place.
This is what I saw.

Did you try what I suggested above? What does your DNS look like?

Yeah...the yahoo tech rep I spoke to did try to re-direct the "www." To the non "www.". He thought it may be an easy work around until the issue was solved. It didn't work. As far as DNS....I'm not sure what that is.

Unfortunately I can't think of other ideas without seeing how it's setup. Can you take screenshots of the configuration pages and post them?
One weird thing I also noticed was the path structure for the images. They shouldn't be .HTML.jpg

Central California here. I can't see your photos with the 'www', but I can see it w/o the 'www'. Can't view your blog.
Hope this helps.

Columbus, Ohio Checking In...
In Post # 10, the user sees a photo. For some reason, I don't see the photo with "www", nor without "www". I see the titling on both. I see the asphalt looking background without the "www". But I don't see any photo as is shown above.

Yeah...thanks! I was hoping to get someone on or near the west coast to try it. This issue has lasted nearly 5 days now and yahoo still doesn't have it resolved....in fact, they can't even give me a decent answer as to why it is happening...only that they are working on it. Unfortunately, it seems that I'm at their mercy for now. Thus far, I am extremely unimpressed with their customer service and lack of decent communication to the customer (me).

Using my PC at home (which has much more RAM and is much faster than the previous PC I tried from) I did see the slide show. Which leads me to believe the reason I did not see anything on the first PC I tried yesterday is twofold... First, your flash slide show does not have a "loading" graphic as most do, so I couldn't tell it was loading. Second, your photos might be huge in size which will cause a slower machine to take forever to load. Without a "loading" graphic, I didn't know to wait for a slide show to load.

I keep getting this message when I try to view your logo image on the www site:
Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.
Yahoo!
Unfortunately we are unable to process your request at this time. This error is usually temporary. Please try again later.
If you continue to experience this error, it may be caused by one of the following:
* You may want to scan your system for spyware and viruses, as they may interfere with your ability to connect to Yahoo!. For detailed information on spyware and virus protection, please visit the Yahoo! Security Center.
* This problem may be due to unusual network activity coming from your Internet Service Provider. We recommend that you report this problem to them.
While this error is usually temporary, if it continues and the above solutions don't resolve your problem, please let us know.
Here's a post I found regarding that error: http://www.murraymoffatt.com/software-problem-0011.html
I would suggest moving your site away from yahoo. You can find cheaper and more reliable hosting. We use bluehost.com.

If I read this correctly, I opened up the www version and let it sit for 30 minutes... Still nothing - don't know if that helps any or not.

have you tried changing your links to your images from ".html-1.png" to ".png"? The double extension at the end may work fine in a windows environment, but plays havoc on different browser platforms. This of it this way:
http://www.secondglimpse.com/sitebuilder/images/index.html-1.png <---Has 4 periods in it
http://www.secondglimpse.com/sitebuilder/images/index.png <----Has 3 periods which is a very standard URL. This may be your issue. Keep us posted
