Nice shot. I've never seen a willet pose like this, let alone on a man-made object. I generally see them running away on the beach, or flying by.

Thanks! At this spot there is almost always one Willet just hanging out on the post. It's at the end of a street overlooking a salt marsh and the bay. Hardly anyone really comes down there.
