I had a few minutes to kill waiting for my wife to join me for lunch so I headed to the waterfront in Silverdale. This was shot while walking through the Old Mill Park.

The eagle is a classy bird, isn't it!

Sell an eagle shot to the US Postal Service. Have them hang the prints in post office lobbies.

Wonderful captures AJ! Was the panning in #2 handheld or using tripod/monopod?
Thanks.

Great! The first is quite nice.. the second one just seems so odd to someone that never gets to see these beasts.. seeing one flying in fornt of somones 2nd floor apartment is just so unusual!

Nice shots, and I agree with CDS on the apartment statement. That's great.

Yes it is! It is the best place, IMO! :) :D

Since you are local, come check out www.nwphotographers.net . It is a regional group with a forum like this, where we share and communicate and make arrangements to get together and shoot area points of interest
