Nice contrast on #4, makes it work quite well.
Great shot on 6 as well! I'm sure they loved their photos!

AWESOME set, Matt. These are so crisp and fresh.
I looooooooove that dress shot. I can never get my mirror shots to be that tack sharp.
#4 is very delightful to the eyes. Amazing shot!
6 and 7 are just darn peachy keen.
Always enjoy your posts ;)

I really like #5 and #8 because I can feel the emotion despite being nowhere near the event and being a complete stranger.
Interestingly enough, I'm going to go against the grain and say that I'm not a fan of #4's composition. It is probably just me.
#8 ... that is a CRACKER. Love. It.

In the last photo is your lighting just the 580ex mounted on top of your camera? Do you diffuse it with anything?

I'm gonna go against the grain - I like the composition of # 4 as its different and that building looks awesome. I think it would still work as a landscape crop with just the lower half of the building too. Awesome set of images, very high quality stuff

love these!! Would you mind sharing the technique in achieving the effect in #6? Don't know that I've seen a sun flare like that before.
Thanks.
