Multiple galleries... and 1.3 Final Release

Hello everyone,
Maad props go to Pekka for his wonderful efforts towards Exhibit Engine. Story is the same as most people here. Searched for good prog to do galleries, found Exhibit Engine and rest is history. :-) Thank You Pekka!

Question...

I would like to setup multiple galleries, and I am about to setup 3 new ones by installing them separately. This will be relatively easy, but I am wondering if the new 1.3 final will have this functionality. I don't want to setup 3 and then find that new version includes support for that. Any idea if it will?

If not, what would be the best way to go about it? Just install each to a separate sql db and all is fine?

Also, and I probably shouldn't ask, but what is the expected release date?

Yes that is the right approach. As each EE installation will have its own connect.php they do not interfere at all.


Also, and I probably shouldn't ask, but what is the expected release date?

I have learned not to make any promises about release dates. I'm working on it and I'm pretty sure you will find new features of the released version quite interesting. It will have comprehensive upload, resize, exif, commenting, disk export, multilanguage, new view for all exhibitions as one, and many more things that have been on wishlist. The coding is advancing really well and I keep on coding until I have a complete version to offer.
