I would like to get a video head for filming video on my 5DmkII and am wondering if someone could recommend a particular head for filming?
I already have Manfrotto legs so a head that would work with that system would be good.

I loved using my friends Manfrotto 501HDV for his 7D. I'm sure the 501HDV will work just as well on yours. I wouldn't recommend the 701HDV if you're using the 70-200. Go check out some reviews online.

i was looking at the 501HDV. does it not take the weight of the 70-200L?
