my caono rebel xt

i got a rebel xt and i have had it for a few days now and love it. but theone thing im having problems is that i cant figure out how to change the resalution. its set at 72 and i want to get it to 300 for the best prints posibul. i have looked everywhere and read my manual front to back and found nothing. can anyone help me

72 DPI is default, don't warry about DPI, as along as you shoot big JPG it is fine for any prints 5x7 or 8x10 or even bigger, if you shot RAW 240DPI is set by default

thanks u i was getting really worryed cuz im a media student and i know 72 dpi id for computer use only but it is works like u say it does thansk u

yeah you'll be fine with large jpeg.
