Dark Room Startup Kit?

I want to spend no more than $150 on a darkroom.

I currently have NOTHING for developing film and I've scanned local ads and no one seems to be selling equipment around here.

Can you find me a good kit for developing B&W 35mm Film thats decent and in my price range?

Will I be able to get decent supplies for $150?
(not including chemicals. but list what exactly i need.)

Been shooting for a while. Only developed one picture myself. ever. and I was walked through it on stuff i had no idea what it was.
*too bad the owner of that stuff moved. :(

Just processing the film?
Changing bag (if you don't have an absolutely dark room)
Film tank
Film spool
3 bottles (Developer, stopbath and fixer)
Funnel
Clips to hold the film as it dries (plastic clothespins will do)
Photo-Flo.

It's printing that runs up the bills.
