The dull, flat lighting proved perfect to set the mood for these guys, drifting in and out of songs without so much as a murmur to the crowd. Pretty tough to fit them all on the tiny Fowlers stage!!

Nice job Benon.

I shot them in Melbourne but didn't feel my photos were up to scratch (even though they were published) to post. They played well but it was horrible backlit and dim. Anton tore a new one in a security guy for telling him he couldn't smoke on stage (then about three of the other band members promptly lit up).

richard, i'm on the same page as you with this set. i've processed them a bit to bring out some shadows as the lighting was (typically for fowlers) rubbish. not only that but there are about 12 hundred members on stage and no barrier to work angles with :(

I'd heard about Anton and his dislike for photogs, was ready for an outlash, but none came thankfully. i'd pay to see him have a go at security tho!!
