A real estate agent is interested in using some of my photos for their next brochure. As I am new to this, how do I go about it? What do I charge etc? Any advise most welcome please................

How much time is involved? How much travel time, set, shooting, PP, what will you provide as a product? I'm assuming digital files. Don't underestimate how much time it will take.

They want to use existing shots and I assume would be digital.
Do I copy shots on to disc?
Could lead to more work in the future.

Hey Sama, you can zip and e-mail the images. Browse your area for real estate photography services. In our area, a typical house is about 125.00 minimum for a whole house shoot, and processing. You are providing some for brochures? How much time do you have into travel, taking, editing? Set yourself a price - say $25.00 per hour - just know you'll be living with that for a while. Make sure you keep track of what you do for your portfolio? You'll want a website for that - I'm working on mine now (I do website design / development, and am looking into host reselling) but don't have it out as I'm working on a website project for a dentists office, and a logo for another party. Let me know if I can help - I'm likely only about half a step in front of where you are, but I'd be happy to chat.

Hi Scott.
What do you mean by zip?
They want some landscape shots of an area I have already taken.
I really want and need to get a portfolio together and a website also. Could you help me there, or share any info and advise of how I go about doing these things?
