The first picture is awesome.
I didnt think a point and shoot like the A95 would give such a shallow depth of field as shown in the first image.
I could never get blur like that with my G3.

I really like #'s 1 and 3. Those eyes are stunning. Really like the blur on #1. It must be nice to have such a willing subject.

Thank you all for the nice comments. My son is a great subject. Ya gotta remember tho, He got a discusting bowl of sugary ice cream with gummies and sprinkles! Now for the blur on # 1, well, no, the A 95 does not give such good shallow dof, i photochopped that in with a few other adjustments, but thank you for noticing:) Many of my shots need post processing, mainly due to the A 95's limitations and my being so new to photography, but I know what I want the picture to look like after looking at pictures taken by true pro's from this forum, wow they are inspiring! And THANK GOD for Photoshop (at least for me:P)

Excellent work on the "photochopping".
I wouldn't have noticed at all.

Well, actually PS would be a godsend if it was 1/10th it's current price, or if they gave out free copies with donations at church ;)
