UFO in Berlin ?

I'm going to Berlin tomorrow and have been browsing the net for some inspiration - places to see and such.

I found this quite interesting picture, http://www.flickr.com/photos/breakdennis/3272405488/ , but haven't been able to find more info about it.

Does anyone know if it still exists (and where?), or if it was part of some event as similar ufos exist several other places in the world ?
