Can somebody help me to find the smallest camera, but with good quality of course.

My guess would be the SD780 IS (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=145&modelid=18183) if you want small and quality, based on what I've read in reviews.

I haven't seen any pics from it, but the newer version is the SD1400. You get a wider angle at 28mm and also a slightly faster lens at f/2.8. I have little doubt the IQ will be comparable.
The S90 is a bit bigger and significantly more expensive, but you get manual controls, better high ISO, faster lens.

Definitely take a look at the SD-series. They're all great for small cameras...and they're all fairly close to each other in size...but vary quite a bit in price...
