For the iPhone my fav is Tweetie, use it pretty often to keep updated on Twitter.
For the iPad so far I love Safari on a touch screen and email is really nice.
(also a shameless plug I do love the app I had created for the iPad, portrait photography 101 (http://*******/buMWia))

dSLR Toolkit for Dummies, Howcast, LightBike, Vector Ball, X-Plane, and Flood-It. I use apps more for entertainment than real-world applications.

My favorite iTouch app would be Tweetie (to update my Twitter posts) and Facebook (to connect and keep up in touch with my friends).

My favorite? Huh, well there are a lot that I regularly use, but honestly I think my favorite would be Facebook, since I use it WAY more than any of the others.
