Someone wants to use an image

of mine as a header on their etsy shop and for their business cards. This is my first request of this kind and I have no idea how much one would charge. Help please.

I'd say low in this usage. It's relatively up to you, pick a figure out of midair that you're comfortable with.

There's a LOT to factor in - the size of the company, how many cards, how long on the etsy shop (what is that?) Usually it's pick a figure you're happy with, times it by 3 and then negotiate.
