what to charge for headshots

Hi all, I have been asked to shoot head shots for a local business for their business cards and brochures etc...
Just wondering what would be my deciding factors for licensing the pics.

I can write, prepare and email a license in under 30 minutes using the full package (never really used the keyword thing yet, however, im sure its just as useful as both biz and quote)
