I took this picture at around dusk during thunder storms. Here is my result. What do you think?

This is great! Almost feels surreal. Gotta love those good 'ol canadian landscapes, eh!

Glad you all like it. When I was taking this, I had no tripod so I had to use a fence post to stablize my camera. If I had more time I would have taken several pictures to try to get lightning in the shot. But hey I was fortunate to be in the right place at the right time so I wont complain. I actually got about 10 shots I am pretty proud of at this stop, this being another one and as you can see, fence posts. :)

Great shots....used to do some work up there in Edmonton and Calgery - loved how the storms would come across the flat lands. You've done a great job of capturing the mood.

Great pictures! Your horizon is a little crooked in the second picture, but still very nice. Thanks for sharing!

Great pictures! Your horizon is a little crooked in the second picture, but still very nice. Thanks for sharing! Actually Alberta praries are not flat flat there is a hill on my horizon and the horizon is facing North. The Fence posts are all lined up straight.

Sir I was wondering if you would mind telling me what font or style you use to put your name on those beautiful shots. Greatly appreciative of your help.

ah, ok. I guess that's what I get for living in the Great Plains, not used to those hills :p

Love your shots :) but I think the signature steals alot of the attention. Maybe a little smaller font.

Thank you all for your comments, they are most appreciated. And hey, I must have been doing something right when the biggest critique was the logo on the bottom. (its not on the original). :)
