Bruce and Frank, you wanted to see this next collage. This is a rough draft and C & C is welcome. At this point I'm not quite as happy with it as I was the C-Cab so some tweaking is needed.

Well Becky, This DOES seem to show off some of the cars main features. The Tapper handle for a shifter is a classic. The best advise I can think of right now is to keep re arranging things until you get it to where you like it best. I think it looks pretty good. Hey Frank, any ideas? ;)

Interesting! Maybe you're having a problem with all the info behind the Chev emblem? Seems too busy. Why highlight Coors? And the other emblem(?) at the top-right? Not sure what it is.
This might work as a large poster, but I'd think a lot of the detail would be lost in a smaller than 8X10" print.

I think the Coors Tapper shift is just classic for the owner, so thought it should be highlighted a bit more, maybe not this much though. As for the emblem in the upper right, it is off the ash tray, you can see it in the passenger cab layer. Seemed like a cool thing to add when first pulling all the elements in. Think'll pull it out, rearrange the other elements and play some more before submitting a rough draft to the owner.

Can you tell I'm feeling more pressure since they asked for this one? The first one was just an experiment that worked out to be a nice surprise.:D

Thanks for the ideas, Frank and Bruce, I'll post the final product once I'm happy with it.

Becky, This looks really good. Is it a rough draft also? I just think you need to clean the tires up a bit, then it'll be good to go. :D

Becky, the tires jump right out at me.
Have you seen this?
Selecting areas in PS. (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=39994)

3rd "secret":
For very dark areas that tend to blend in together...

1. Make an Layer> New Adjustment Layer / Levels.
[The beauty of these is that changes aren't permanent since PS remember the inputs and holding ALT (makes Cancel change to RESET) & clicking on the Cancel button will let you go right back to the original zero settings. Or, you can just drag the sliders to the new settings that you want to use.]

2. Drag the middle slider to the left to brighten up the dark areas.
3. Select the bottom dark areas.

etc. ;)

Thanks for the tip. Those tires have been a challenge. I'll try your suggestion but have to figure it out in PSP. It can be done, just different commands than PS.
