I assume thats the engine letting go in the first 2?? :shock:

The engine was not letting go on the first one but the second one is a blower explosion. Happened right infront of me and I thought I was gunna get hit by it lol. Yes although safety has improved much over the years we tragically learned this weekend that its still extremely dangerous as a racer and person who I have talked with on the internet over the last couple years was tragically killed in an accident sunday afternoon. It was very hard to see that.

On a better note, glad you liked the pictures.

For reference the top class, top fuel hydro, (same top fuel engine as the ones in the NHRA use if you know anything bout that) Can run times of a 4.7 second 1/4 mile at over 250 miles per hour. So yes they are crazy lol.
