Lowest price I can find this is actually Jessops at £259. Can anyone tell me anywhere that can beat this? In the market for one and just having a shifty as to where's cheapest :)

Froogle isn't great for the Uk, lots of ebay listings, but worth a look. Pricerunner, kelkoo and dealtime are all worth a look too while also recognising none of them feature all prices, only those of stores offering affiliate fee's to them. I wish we had resellerratings here :D

Then again, as condyk knows, I no longer need to find one do I? ;)

Not unless I'm about to board a flight to the Maldives with your cash and the lens

No, it's a lovely lens at a nice price and so be good to see some shots once you've worked out the magical, scary world of Macro.

My bag is looking a bit bare at the moment. Might have to start using the kit lens unless I can pick up a 18-50mm Sigma from somewhere.

Yeah, well asides from the macro I also intend on using it for a bit of portrait work which is going to be fun in itself I think.
