Does anybody have a problem with contrast/saturation discrepancy when uploading photos online? I can't seem to figure out why it's doing this.

The image on the left is what Flickr uploaded, and the image on the right is what the image is supposed to be.

The left looks better imo, could the problem be the windows image viewer?

I boosted saturation on the original image to show what Flickr does more clearly.
I don't think it's just the image viewer, the uploaded image is different form when I open it up on CS4. I've tried uploading it in Jpeg, and TIFF, they both come out with the same results.

Looks like a standard color correction issue. Use sRGB for outputs to web and you'll be fine.
