Canon discount for CS2 ?

I remember seeing on the forum that you could get Photoshop for $300. if you had a canon 1D2 or1Ds2 camera. Does anyone know how I do that?

Canon advised me that Elements does not come with the 1D2. I kind of expected that based on the list of included stuff on page 3 of the manual.

So where or what is the best plan to get a discount on CS2? I just spent way too much already!
