I'm really curious. On number 23, the reflection in the droplet. Is that a bridge or pier with a pier light above it?

This is what you're seeing in the reflection. It's the trellace, or whatever you call it, my head, and the sun.

:D

The leaf it was sitting on was amazing, I might have some other pics of it somewhere... it was a rich red with a green border along the edge.

Congratulations everyone, this was a really strong group of pictures. There were 3 clear favourites:

Nice work everyone. :D

Sadly there were also lots of other great photos that didn't receive any votes. To try and spread the votes around a little more, I'm going to allow each person to vote for their top 3 photos in the next competition. That should provide you with much better feedback on the popularity of the photos you submit.

The next contest, heat, is a particularly challenging one, but I hope you can all take part.
