Anyone else have this problem, i registered, then forgot password and tried to reset and got this???

I get a Canon website that has a link for www.xxx.com, looks like it's showing you an email message?

It's definitely in the remote side, text-based Linux browsers don't get malware and is displaying the same page as I get with Firefox.

I got the same message in the email, but it was easier to show the site they send you to??? very weird NO?

edit: im on Mac, and I have never had malware or viruses in over 15 years....

Wow, that was funny, the whole time I thought that you were looking for CPS : child protection services and kept getting a porn site. Lol

Oh I completely misinterpreted what was happening. Sorry, I thought clicking the link you posted was redirecting to a porn site. When I clicked and was taken to CPS I didn't bother to read the rest of the page.

My mistake :o . How strange...

i would log into anything that shares the same account information login/pass and change your password. Seems like some phishing going on.

Did you go through Canon's website to their CPS website to recover the password? I wonder if they've been hacked..

Looks like the webmaster wanted to add the link but forgot the address so entered xxx as a placeholder. Pretty funny :)

Its not that funny because I have been put on hold 3 times and finally hung up when trying to figure out what is going on with my 5d2 that is in for reparation. :( Also I had problems re - regestering my cps account... Really its all a big mess.... lets see what monday brings... :)
