Help! Removing fenching!

I have a few pictures like this:

I really, really want to print this picture (after some touchup). Is there anything I can do do remove or significantly remove the top wire and bottom wire blurs?

You need to shoot the tiger away from the fence. Use a f/2.8 0r 4 if possible . Get as close as you can to the fence and get the tiger as far away as possible. The bars will blur... Try to keep the eyes between the opening in the fence/bars....
