Like the photo. Are you sure you made each shot exactly the same exposure (ie.manual mode)?

Hello Sandy, lovely image. Very beautiful.

I think you would get even better results with Manual everything.
Meaning the exposure (aperture and speed) and focus wouldn't change. The last two images stitched show diferent color on the sky and by doing manual everything, and equal on all shots that wouldn't happen.

I love the way you used the branches to frame the pano.;)

Thanks for the comments Jaimie. I agree with what you say and the change in exposure on the last frame bothers me. Course I'm not to sure I understand how Manual everything would work. Are you saying keep the same aperture and speed the same throught the 3 or 4 shots? I always figured if you used the center weighted metering you would be OK.

Howdy, Sandy. Haven't seen Clyde in awhile. I sure have got a great selection of new lens since I left. My last new Lens I got last week. It's the Canon 200 f/2.8L II Lens. I also got the Tamron 17-35 f/2.8-4 Lens, the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 Lens, and the Sigma 150 f/2.8 Macro Lens. Of course I have my 50 f/1.4 Lens, and my Bigma. :-)

WOW! sounds like a great set of lenses, I picked up the Sigma DC 18-125 which is on the camera all the time, I've also got the cheapo Canon 80-200 and the Canon 50 f1.8

Yes, Sandy. You can have some readings through the scene to figure out what the medium settings should be .
And also the focus. You can focus with autofocus and then turn to manual for the next shots.

It's still a lovely pano, though.
