Wide Angle Fun Portrait...

Yesterday I bought the EFs10-22 for my 20D and while doing some test-shots, my 6 year-old came and as usual when I try to shoot her, she makes some funny faces.

Here she was about 10cm from the front-lens

FNumber - 3.50
FocalLength - 10 mm
ISO 3200
No PP except resizing for the web

You're right.
I showed my wife the effects of distortion by taking her portrait from below: she laughed at it but I had to delete the shot :lol:

True in most cases but not always :mrgreen: I met a few women lately who posed very enthusiatically knowing vey well what was coming, I will ask them if I can put those pics here :-)

It's a good thing I love my 16-35L so much, otherwise I would probably try to justify buying the 10-22mm lens.

Drisley......don't think that way!! You know that your 16-35L is a much better lens for what you are using it for!! And you know that the 10-22 won't be of much use when you do move to a 1 series body (and you will, trust me!!):)

Oh, no, I would only have thought about the 10-22 if I didn't have the 16-35L.
I LOVE the 16-35L, and I wouldn't part with it for the world.
