Hi,
I might be posting this in the wrong section so I apologise in advance (my first ever post).
I recently bought a 7D to replace my 40D.
My problem is as I usually shoot landscapes and as such, have never used a flash. I have been asked to shoot a wedding for a friend in a Church next weekend. I have access to a 580 EXii flash but don't know which camera setting to use. A friend (who uses a 50D) said that when she uses the flash, she sets the camera to full automatic and everything is fine. I went to the Church and set the camera as suggested - the test shots looked okay, but, the ISO defaulted to 1600. Won't that just create images with heaps of noise? I couldn't seem to change that because of the full auto setting.
What's the best idiot proof setting for a 7D?
