Yeah the 40D has a sensor with a multiplicative ratio of x0.9. I tought everyone knew that!

Inspireing merger = Mac anounces use of Pentium Chips.

How about Panasonic buy Canon, take over struggling Leica and then standardises on Leica branding and mount system? Those FZ Panasonic P&S's are very fine and the Leica 12x optical IS zooms they use is awesome :-) Realistic?

The Mac OS can run via a Pentium in theory ... can't it?

Most places are also out of stock on Nikon gear too. I think the big companies are doing their yearly inventory and Japan has put some delays on delivering orders.

But I just got an email from them saying they got a new stock of Tamron in... so all you people who were looking and waiting ... they are in.

As soon as the new 70-300 L IS f 4.0 comes on market there won´t be such a great demand for TC´s anymore!

But will there ever be such a lens available ???
