My first wedding pictures. please take a look.

My first scheduled wedding. We had a great time. comments welcome.

Congrats on your first wedding ;) Now, I'm not trying to be a jerk here, just giving my honest opinion, so here ya go...

The large picture here looks kinda blurry, (possibly your SS to low?) and the Post processing cut and paste of the bride and groom looks very amateurish, and well...kinda cheesy. The image also looks very flat and lacks any real color or contrast "Pop". The second (Small) picture looks better and I see you were tying to be creative here with the reflections...doesn't really work for me, but a much better effort there to be naturally creative behind the lens rather than in PP.

Never stop trying to improve, and best of luck to ya ;)

What he ( or she?) said! I know you said it's your first, and a lot of the time in the beginning people are tempted to go hog wild with processing, but please don't. People will laugh at you and it destroys the integrity of the photo.

I agree with the other posters on this one. Keep trying, though! Just stick to editing the photos as it is.

What was said and also, I think people should first learn all they can without using any editing programs for awhile. I didn't start editing pics until almost a year into shooting. Even now, I don't like to edit unless I have notes on what did or didn't work before editing. Just stick with getting to know your limits first and the editing will come to you naturally :)

I agree with SuperHuman21. Stay original. Learn from the bottom and work your way up. Editing is not ALWAYS the trick to being a great photographer.
