I've got a eagle photo I wan to print in 8 x 10 but I want to add a large enough bottom to the picture to add the title of the print and my name and a copy right. I don't want anything else added to the photo other then this bottom border. How can I do about doing this and still stay in the 8 x 10 at 300dpi range when I crop it?

So you have an 8 x 10 image and you want to put something overlaying the bottom? I don't understand what the problem is. If you are using Photoshop or another photoeditor, you would simply create new layers (or text) and put them in.

If you want to know how to make them stand out, you could consider a Layer Style (drop shadows, glows, strokes, etc) or a transition that blurs/fades/desaturates the image behind the text.

Get Mikes Framing Script (at top of this forum). It does this, and a lot more, and can automate it too.
