After weeks of reviewing many different digital cameras online I purchased a G3. The G3 replaces my old and tired Minolta 1500EX. All I can say after 7 days is WOW! All my friends and family are also saying wow to the great photos. This can only get better, as I’m still learning to use all the features. In the next few days I’ll be receiving 2 Lensmate adapters (52mm and 58mm), filters, and a 420EX flash. I’m printing photos on the Canon i850, and the output is “photo studio quality”.

I took my G3 to Disney California Resort with my family. You all might be interested to know that Disney uses the G2 & G3’s with 420EX Flash for the souvenir pictures they take of tourists throughout the park. Disney high standards for the equipment they purchase, so this is an excellent endorsement of the Canon G3, a second thumbs up! Samples of my first 7 days with the G3 are at this link:

Excellent photos and I am glad that your excited and happy with your purchase of the G3. It is truly a wonderful camera, loaded with tons of features. We will all enjoy our G3 for years to come or at least until the G4.
