Just go to bhphotovideo.com and browse the Bogan/Manfrotto monopods. Select one to suit your needs & budget and you should be happy.

I had the same decision-making blues and wound up purchasing a Bogen 680B monopod. I use a Bogen 486RC2 ballhead on it.
There are lighter monopods, but the price skyrockets above what I paid for this one.
The 680B is plenty sturdy enough to use as a walking stick when it isn't connected to my camera system, giving it twice the use in the field.

I use the Manfrotto 680B with the quickgrip joystick head most the time, but I do swap heads sometimes with one of my other ball heads.

I use a 694 with the 3229 tilt head.
