I finally was able to get some pictures of the awesome couple after months of conflicting schedules followed by winter! Also, had a chance to play with the 85mm 1.8! C+C is always welcomed.

Nice DOF with all of them, though the bars in the first one are questionable.. Also their eyes are pretty dark in the first one, a reflector would have been good to get some light in there. His eyes look completely closed in #3 but I do like the colors and the backdrop.. It's nice to have some focus on the flowers and then kind of an idealistic old downtown in the background. A solid job overall :)

Nice shots overall! I love the use of your telephoto lens. Love the compression it gives you on some of these.
The last two seem a bit blown out with extremely high contrast but maybe you intended that in PP? A little too much fill in #2.
And I'm not sure if I'm alone in this opinion, but I think the first pose is awkward, unladylike, unflattering and just plain weird. Like couples go around riding piggyback all over town and you just happened to catch it! Not trying to pick on you, because I see this A LOT on this forum so obviously everyone thinks it's "the thing to do!" Am I the only one that doesn't like this pose!? ???

I love piggy back rides for the right people but I don't do a piggy back 'pose' when people looking at me (granted a large portion of my photos aren't looking at me photos period).. I have them do actual piggy back rides and then capture them laughing, and I only suggest it for people it works for.. It depends on personality. Some people ARE the piggy back ride type people, and some aren't. It's not that abnormal.
