Six months ago I posted a naive post about taking my own engagement photos with the 7D I had just received:

Since then I have gained an appreciation for what goes into this type of work, and along with learning more about photography, found some people to help out with my goal of creating a guestbook. The only pages where I directed relatives to get the images we were looking at are below. Lesson's learned from that day, caves are an excellent place to take advantage of bounce flash. Stupid me struggled with softboxes that day.

The rest were photographers we met along the way, going to shootouts and photography clubs. We gathered inspiration on the forums and found people to replicate the ideas. I did the album design and basic post production, with inspiration from,

Which I later discovered was a template from the album cafe.

Any advice or criticism welcomed. I still have a lot to learn about post production. Plan on ordering the book from BRI, press book, matt hinged. They don't have the art paper in 11x14, so I'm hoping the matt finish is good enough.
