Having started shooting weddings in London several years ago I made my wedding debut on Australian soil last Saturday. It was a great day at a stunning venue in the famous wine region of the Barossa Valley, it was also my first outdoor ceremony which added a new dimension.

Anyway, I was really pleased with how it all went, here's a few of my favourites, I've got a bunch more up at my Adelaide wedding photography blog (http://simonbills.blogspot.com/2010/04/barossa-wedding-leah-and-andrew.html)if you're interested.

Thanks for looking!

How did you get such great colors? Circular polarizer or post?

Thanks all, I really like the flower girl one too. I was really pleased how sharp it is, I shot it hand held (well, leaning up against a door frame) at 1/20 with a focal lenght of 200mm f/2.8, the IS really came to the party there!

Dave - no polariser, did it all in post, although the light on the day was great for colours, nice cloud cover for the most part.

We did actually get a bit of rain later on that day which cut into some photo time so it's not all beer and skittles!
