One last shot from the English Lake District.
From the Little Langdale Valley again showing the river Brathay and the Langdale Pikes in the background.
Again an early morning shot with the mist starting to rise.

Thanks for all the kind words.
I had a very productive week in the Lake District and felt I might have been posting too many of my favourites, hence the risk of boring everyone.
Thanks again.

Hi Cameron
That is a wonderfull image.
I would be tempted to say it has 3 way perfection (that is 3 ways you could make a perfect print)
1....exactly as it is
2....crop the bottom half, making a beautiful letter box shaped print, with strong solid base.
3....crop off lower part of water, effectively lowering the dark section of the bank (away from the centre line)
I Love this image, what does it for me is the muted tones & colours, the recession into the distance and the early morning mist just gives it the magic of a great pictorial image.
well done
I certainly prefer your posted shot but other options would also work well I think.
Cheers
