Help w/wording & info to include on a flyer for donating sevices to a Chinese Auction

My little cousins school is holding a Chinese Auction as a fundraiser and I was asked if I would donate my services. I've never done anything like this before (donating services, not in regards to taking pictures lol) so I'm hoping maybe some of you have or could help me out. I was told to make a 1 page flyer to show what I'm donating, which is a 2-hour outdoor session and Hi-Res CD of 20 edited images. Is that enough, should I do more? What else should I put on the advertisement? What other info should I include? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

You sort of answered the question yourself. It's not an advertisement so don't conceive it or word it as such. You're donating services to a cause, so leave it at that.

Include: samples of your work, what cause and about the cause the donation is benefiting, what you will include with your gift (be detailed to avoid misunderstanding), and the usual contact information.
