Christian Credit Union - Blue Sky Bank

Here are some shots of the brand new Christian Credit Union in Edmonton, AB. After like 50 years in a dump and giving back to their members with concerts and stuff they finally splurged on themselves with this great huge nice looking building. These photos I have dubed "Blue Sky Bank". What do you think?

As a board member of a local credit union, I can tell you that in those circles, "B-A-N-K" is a four-letter-word.;) Your narrative indicates that you have a good understanding of what credit unions do... they give back to their members.

The credit union seems a bit dark against the bright sky. I know that's hard to avoid if it faces north. Some here have recommended doing two conversions of the RAW file, one with the exposure cranked up some, then blending them in photoshop to get a brighter subject without blowing out the sky.

I haven't tried the technique but it might be worth a try here.

I like them. The first one coul dbe used for a magazine ad or something like that..

Good shots, I'd like to see the first one with a corrected perspective, as to me it does look like it's about to topple into the carpark!
