Hummers....one sitting.....

and one in flight. Took these today as the hummers have returned and are in the mood for feeding.....and fighting. I have two feeders, but they all want to eat from the same one. If one switches to the other feeder, the others follow.:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

These are such interesting little birds. They have become quite plentiful in our area in recent years. These are great images, especially the second one.

That first one is great. I have sat in my parents' yard trying to get one of these guys, but no luck. You got one actually taking a breather! Nice job.

Thanks all. I've probably taken close to 600 shots the last couple of days and VERY few are halfway decent. These little guys are hard to photograph. I'm still looking for that "killer" shot!!
