Well just before Christmas a good friend asked me if I would shoot his wedding, after mulling it over I decided to take on the challenge. Anyway thought I post a couple of shots here and seek some c & c, so all view welcome and any feedback appreciated.
Cheers!

Good job, I would like to see more contrast in your B&W images though.

There are some pretty nice pictures here, but be careful of what appears to be a visible pantyline in #2 and #3. You might want to clone out

You did a good job. Beautiful setting. I like the set. Looking at your gear I think you should def upgrade to a 580exii with that 430ex as a off camera flash. 17-55 is a beast on the 40D!

Thanks. Yeah good spot on the pantyline, will have a go at cloning that out.
Nice job.

Thanks. Yeah the 580EX II would be nice, although a 5D MkII would be nice too.... Yeah the 17-55mm IS has done me proud recently and is a cracking lens, although I was a little underwhelmed by it at first.

Love the first shot. the B/W conversion is very vintage looking. Has a bit of film quality to the overall image.
All are nice. And great job if this was your first wedding!

Yep good spot, photos taken in Greenwich around the Naval College and on the edge of the Thames. A great location.
