Often when I take a close-up indoor picture, I catch my subjects blinking. It seems that the flash fires just before the picture is captured causing them to blink. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a fix?
Thanks

I guess it is not the preflash that caused the subject to blink. It should be the focus assist lamp, the one which illuminates target to obtain a good focus. Try Turning off the function on the menu and see what happen. I'm not sure myself.

I can´t stand it normally and i´m usually blinking... and never when doing AE lock and then flashing.

Hi Hextor - I'm not sure what you mean - have you had this problem and have you found a way around it?
