This guy is fairly big. It's about 1.5" long including legs. It doesn't fit into the viewfinder of my 20d (2nd pic). Enjoy!

That is a great macro and so detailed and clear plus the DF is great, what flash did you use for this, and f stop

WOWEE ,That is one fantastically sharp and crisp spider, was he sitting on the lens for this shot? awesome shot, very impressive.

BE - thanks. Yeh, I was pretty close to this guy. I was using the max magnification of this lens (1x only though:( ), so it's about 6".

Thanks, martin. I actually miss your wonderful macros. You probably have been busy working on your new B&W website. I took a peak earlier, and found it very impressive. Anyway, both shots are taken with my 20D, 100mm macro and 580ex speedlite, handheld, and at ISO 100, shutter speed 1/200 and f/13.
