Drift Racing: my first attempt at not only shooting sport, but also putting a new look on the subject.
Given you are taking the time to look, some C&C would be appreciated.

Didn't use any specific software but manually adjusted the images in RAW to get some greater depth and also added some definition to the smoke.
How do you like/feel about the change?

Not sure if the "greater depth" is the change you are referring to, but IMHO they seem to have less depth and look more 2 dimensional than 'normally' processed photos.
Perfectly OK if thats the artistic 'flair' you want on them.

Provoking comment, but not a really a critique.
So they look 2D to you?

Pretty sure giving an opinion on something could be considered critique.
And my reasoning was fairly self explanatory but I will repeat: they look MORE 2D than a normally processed picture to me .
The last part of my comment suggests that if the end result is what you were trying to achieve then you should be happy.
I am not dissing' your work. I am useless at PP and do very little of it so to that end I am a little envious of you.
Hope that clears the air a bit for you.

IMHO...it's over done to be a photograph. Now, if your intention was make it look like an illustration that rock on. Good Job! Would like to compare with the originals though. I bet that the untouched originals have more pop, intensity, and feel.
